چکیده

The high flux density of synchrotron white beam offers several advantages in X-ray imaging such as higher resolution and signal-to-noise ratio 3D/4D micro-tomography, frame rate real-time transient phenomena, penetration thick dense materials especially at energies. However, these come with additional challenges to beamline optics, camera sample due increased heat load radiation damage, personal safety dose ozone gas hazards. In this work, a facility BL-4, Indus-2, has been developed, while taking care various instrumental challenges. tested achieve 1.5 µm spatial resolution, depth up 900 steel, temporal resolutions ∼10 ms (region interest 2048 × pixels) 70 µs (256 pixels). is being used successfully for imaging, non-destructive testing dosimetry experiments.
